A fitting tribute to the Alabama craft beer community and the state's bi-centennial, the 2019 Alabama Brewers Guild collaboration beer is a sensory celebration — golden, honey-colored with a vibrant, deeply floral, fruity nose, Bitter Constituent is rounded and soft on the palate. The intensely dry, bitter finish of this medium-bodied IPA makes it a great compliment to pork & apples, Cajun shrimp or cheese grits.
