India pale ale

Our second Hop Workshop Series beer is another take on the IPA, but this time, with hops added post-boil. Beautiful, golden-orange hued, 002 leads with a highly aromatic floral, resiny aroma. The medium malt body is perfectly balanced by the citrusy, juicy and piney notes, all blending together for the refreshing flavor commonly associated with post-boil IPAs, without the lingering hop bitterness. A perfect compliment for tailgates and gatherings everywhere, 002 pairs well with carnitas, guacamole and a side of rice and beans.
