Clocking in at 9% ABV, our Belgian-style dark strong ale, while true to its name, is well-balanced and inviting, with a rich bouquet of dates, raisins and figs, rounded out by a caramel, roasted-malt body and a delightfully smooth, mildly sweet, bready finish. The perfect companion to beef tenerloin, duck or lamb, this beer also pairs well with toffee or fruit desserts.
