Join us for a fun night of sushi and beer! Birmingham Sushi Class will be hosting a 2 hour, hands-on beginner sushi class. They will teach you how to make perfect sushi rice, how to make all of the sauces you love (from bang bang to eel sauce), tell you where to shop and what to buy. They will also discuss how to safely serve raw fish at home according to health department regulations.

We will be selling a limited number of tickets for this class, tables will be spaced out to accommodate COVID-19 regulations and you will be required to wear a mask when entering/leaving/moving about the brewery. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to the rules set forth by the brewery and by the state of Alabama.

Birmingham Sushi Class has taught this class for 8 years in 16 states to over 12,000 people so far. Each student will be served two rolls (we make one, you make one) and go home with a cheat sheet filled with tips, tricks, and recipes as well as a shopping list that works for Instacart, Shipt, and Amazon. $45/pp
